Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License Course

This is the top-of-the-line pre-license sales associate course that is required by FREC to get your Florida real estate license. There are end-of-chapter review questions at the end of each section to test your knowledge of what you are learning.

You will have 6 months to complete your course, with extensions available if needed. The state allows two attempts to pass the final course exam with at least 70%. If you fail the first time, you must wait 30 days and take an alternate end-of-course final exam. This is state law for all real estate schools in Florida.

Florida Sales Associate Post-license Requirement

All sales associates must complete a 45-hour post-licensure course and required exam within their first license renewal period. (The First license renewal period will be between 18-24 months) Students must pass the final course exam with 75% to receive credit for the course.  If you fail the exam the first time, you will have immediate access to a second attempt with a different exam.  If you fail it the second time, FREC rules require you to complete the course over again.  If you do not pass the final exam prior to your first renewal expiration date, there is no grace period and your license become null and void.
