Partner Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 11/28/2025
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the partnership between Class Made Easy (“CME”) and the Partner School (“Partner”).
By registering as a Partner on ClassMadeEasy.com, the Partner agrees to the following:
1. Purpose of Agreement
CME provides approved Florida real-estate education courses, books, and exam-prep materials that Partner Schools may resell to their students.
Partner Schools operate independently and are responsible for all Florida DBPR licensing and reporting requirements.
2. Partner Responsibilities
Partner agrees to:
- Maintain an active Florida Real Estate School permit issued by the DBPR.
- Handle all state-required reporting of course completions to the DBPR.
- Set their own student-facing refund policy (separate from CME’s internal refund rules).
- Provide accurate information during registration, including:
- Florida school permit number
- Course approval numbers
- Contact information
- Ensure all advertising and marketing meet Florida legal requirements.
- Operate independently — Partner Schools are not agents, employees, or representatives of CME.
3. CME Responsibilities
CME agrees to:
- Provide access to approved digital Florida real-estate courses, books, and exam-prep materials.
- Deliver immediate student access credentials after purchase.
- Provide automatically generated completion certificates upon the student passing the final exam.
- Maintain hosting, security, backups, and uptime of the CME learning platform.
- Provide Partner Schools with access to their reporting dashboard and payout dashboard.
4. Partner Split & Payouts
- Partner Schools earn a Partner Split (revenue share) on all products sold through their CME portal.
- Partner Split earnings are credited after a 7-day grace period, matching CME’s refund window.
- Payouts are issued monthly.
- Any approved refunds (per CME’s refund policy) will be deducted from the next payout.
- CME does not issue partial refunds.
- CME may temporarily withhold payouts if fraudulent or inaccurate activity is suspected.
5. Books / Printed Materials
Printed books and physical materials are handled differently than digital products:
- Partner Schools purchase books directly from CME at a Partner wholesale cost.
- Books are not part of the Partner Split or revenue-share system.
- Partners may resell books at any price they choose.
- All book sales are final. Printed books are non-refundable once shipped.
6. Ownership & Licensing
All CME content — including digital courses, books, videos, written materials, exams, and quizzes — is protected by copyright.
Partner Schools receive a limited, non-exclusive license to offer CME products through the CME platform.
Partners may NOT:
- Copy, alter, or reproduce CME content
- Upload CME content to another LMS or website
- Distribute CME materials outside of the CME system
- Use CME trademarks without written permission
7. Student Access & Course Completion
- Students receive immediate course access after purchase.
- Course access time limits follow Florida law and course-approval requirements.
- Completion certificates are automatically generated upon successful exam completion.
- The Partner School is responsible for reporting the completion to the DBPR.
8. Refund Policy
CME’s internal refund policy applies to all partner-generated digital-product sales.
Refunds are approved only if:
- The refund request is submitted within 7 days of purchase, AND
- The student has not progressed past the first section
Partner Schools must submit refund requests in writing to CME.
Approved refunds will be deducted from the Partner’s next payout.
Partners may create their own student-facing refund policy, but CME’s internal refund limitations always control payouts.
9. Termination
CME may suspend or terminate a Partner account for:
- Misuse of CME content
- Misrepresentation of course approvals
- Failure to comply with DBPR rules
- Fraudulent activity
- Failure to maintain an active Florida school permit
Partners may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
CME is not responsible for:
- Partner School regulatory compliance
- Errors in DBPR course reporting
- Student actions, misconduct, or disputes
- Business losses incurred by the Partner
CME’s total liability is limited to the Partner Split earned during the previous 90 days.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By registering as a Partner School on Class Made Easy, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Refund Policy
Class Made Easy (CME) provides digital courses, books, and exam-preparation products to partner schools for resale. Because CME delivers digital educational content instantly, all refunds must follow CME’s official refund rules.
Partner School Refunds to Students
Partner schools may create and publish their own student refund policy. However, any refund granted to a student must comply with CME’s refund rules below, because all refunds are deducted from the partner school’s payout.
CME Refund Eligibility
CME will honor refund requests only under the following conditions:
- The refund request is submitted within 7 days of the student’s original purchase date.
- The student has not progressed past the first section of the online course or accessed more than 10% of the digital content.
- The refund request is submitted in writing by the partner school.
Non-Refundable Items
The following products are not eligible for refunds once delivered:
- Printed books shipped to the student or partner school
- Downloaded PDFs
- Any product accessed beyond the allowed limit (first section or >10%)
- Exam prep products once opened or accessed
How Partner Schools Request a Refund
Partner schools must email refund requests to: support@classmadeeasy.com.
Refund requests must include:
- Student’s name
- Date of purchase
- Product purchased
- Confirmation that student access is within the refund limits
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be deducted from the next partner payout.
CME does not issue partial refunds.
