This 14-hour Continuing Education course is required to renew your Florida real estate license and includes the required 3-hour Core Law and 3-hour Ethics & Business Practices credits. The course is designed to keep real estate professionals current on legal updates, professional responsibilities, and industry standards.

The course includes a 30-question final exam. If you do not pass the exam, Florida rules require you to go back through the course material before you can take another exam. You do not need to purchase the course again. After completing the course again, you will be given a different end-of-course exam. Course completion reporting and a certificate are provided upon successful completion.
