This 14-hour Continuing Education course is required to renew your Florida real estate license and includes the required 3-hour Core Law and 3-hour Ethics & Business Practices credits. The course is designed to keep real estate professionals current on legal updates, professional responsibilities, and industry standards.

The course includes a 30-question final exam, and students are allowed up to five attempts to successfully complete the examination with a score of 70%. Course completion reporting and a certificate are provided upon successful completion.
