This 3-hour Core Law course fulfills the Florida real estate license renewal requirement for core law. The course covers key legislative and rule changes, escrow requirements, and disciplinary actions, helping licensees remain informed and compliant with Florida real estate laws and FREC regulations.

The course includes a 10-question final exam with a minimum passing score of 80%, Students are allowed up to five attempts to successfully complete the examination. Course completion reporting and a certificate are provided upon successful completion.
