This 3-hour Ethics & Business Practices course fulfills the Florida real estate license renewal requirement while strengthening professional standards. The course covers ethical decision-making, fair housing responsibilities, and the NAR Code of Ethics, along with standards of professional conduct required of Florida real estate licensees.
