The Class Made Easy 30-Hour Florida Broker Management course focuses on the business and management responsibilities associated with operating a real estate brokerage.
The course examines leadership, management, communication, planning, organizational structure, financial management, policies and procedures, marketing, staffing, professional development, performance management, operational review, and risk management.
Students are encouraged to look beyond their individual real estate activities and consider the broader responsibilities involved in managing people, systems, finances, and the future direction of a real estate organization.
30-Hour Florida Real Estate Investment
The Class Made Easy 30-Hour Florida Real Estate Investment course approaches real estate from the perspective of the investor.
The course examines the nature of real estate investment, ownership interests, feasibility studies, taxation, financial analysis, financing, income-producing property, investment alternatives, risk, and the factors investors consider when evaluating real property.
Students develop a greater understanding of how investment property is analyzed and how financial, economic, tax, and property considerations can influence investment decisions.
Management and Investment — Two Different Perspectives
The two Broker Post-License courses address different but complementary areas of advanced real estate education.
Broker Management examines the real estate business from the perspective of the person responsible for leading, organizing, operating, and protecting the brokerage.
Real Estate Investment examines real property from the perspective of the investor evaluating risk, income, value, financing, taxation, and potential return.
Together, the courses broaden the broker's understanding of both the business of real estate and real estate as an investment.
