Who can become a CME Partner School?2025-11-28T20:36:22-06:00

Any Florida-licensed real estate school with an active school permit issued by the DBPR may register as a Partner School.

CME provides technical support for access or platform issues.

How does pricing work for Partner Schools?2025-11-28T21:36:40-06:00

CME sets a wholesale price for each course. The Partner School chooses its own retail price to charge students.

The difference between the retail price and the wholesale price is the partner’s profit (partner split).

How are partner splits (profit shares) calculated?2025-11-28T20:38:35-06:00

Partner splits apply to every product sold through your portal—courses, exam preps, renewals, add-ons, etc.
Partner earnings are held for 7 days to match the refund grace period, then after the 7 day grace period has ended, Partner shares are released.

How often are payouts issued?2025-11-28T20:39:48-06:00

Payouts are issued monthly.

What is the CME refund policy?2025-11-28T20:39:30-06:00

Refunds are allowed within 7 days of purchase if the student has not passed the first section.

Refunds are deducted from the next partner payout.

Can Partner Schools set their own refund policy for students?2025-11-28T20:40:21-06:00

Yes. Partner Schools may create their own student refund policy.

However, CME’s internal refund policy always applies for partner payouts.

Does CME offer printed textbooks?2025-11-28T20:40:54-06:00

Yes. Partner Schools may purchase textbooks directly from CME at wholesale pricing.

Books have no partner split. Schools purchase books outright. Please allow three week lead time on book ordering.

Can we add our own instructors?2025-11-28T20:41:17-06:00

Yes. Partner Schools choose their own instructors and must have a DBPR-approved instructor license.
